Local Work

The work of the Park Heights church of Christ extends from this community to other countries through missionaries and communications. Our work is because of our faith and is as varied as the abilities of our members and the needs that the church can help.

Park Heights has been a part of this community for over 100 years. The members serve the community in many ways such as individual visitation of newcomers, nursing homes, hospitals, and visitors. Fellowship gatherings are provided in order to organize, seek ideas, and enjoy the company of Christians.

Park Heights is involved in several activities such as Gospel Meetings, church camp, V.B.S., Summer Youth Series, Good Smaritan pantry, the annual Back to the Bible Lectures, Fisher's of Men, and enjoying meals, trips, and fellowship together.

Part of the weekly contributions are given to help support various ministries. It is our responsibility to be good stewards of the bountiful blessings bestowed upon us. We are very thankful for these opportunities.

Our service and purpose here has been enduring and endearing. We share the gospel of Jesus Christ in word and deed. We want those accomplishments of the past to be guideposts for the future as we continue to devote ourselves "to the apostles' teaching and to thefellowship, to breaking of bread, and to prayer." (Acts 2:42)

Most importantly, the members of Park Heights use the Bible and study book, chapter, and verse.  You can expect our worship to be sincere, simple, and scriptural. Join us if you live in Hamilton, are visiting friends or family, or are passing through town. If we can serve you in any way, please contact the church office at (254) 386-3953.
